Our commitments : ÉCOTAÏ

1 Item purchased = 1 tree planted

Because we care about the world around us and our environment, we try to provide you with the most accurate shopping experience possible. The ECOTAI project is based on a central objective: Fight against deforestation by promoting the planting of trees in the areas most affected by this phenomenon.
This is why, for each item purchased in our store, we commit to replant a tree through our partner Écologi.
Together, let's become actors of change.

Offsetting our carbon emissions

We are proud to contribute to the fight against climate change by offsetting all of our carbon emissions produced during shipping. This is made possible thanks to the Offset program that currently finances the Jarí Para REDD + Evoided Unplanned Deforestation project with Pachama. This is a Verified Carbon Standard certified project that will be verified by Pachama using its monitoring technology. Offset royalties are used to protect the existing forest, to improve biomass through better forest management practices and to verify the progress of the project. Made in Canada

Ôsataï is not only an artistic project, it is also and above all an environmental project.

Each step of our process is designed to be as eco-responsible as possible.

For our creations, we favor the use of native wood, that is to say, North American. We highlight the most beautiful wood species that our great country has to offer. The production is carried out here, in our small workshop in the heart of Montreal.

100% recyclable packaging

Beautiful packaging, we love it! But the use of plastic, we like less...

Since our beginnings, we have been striving to offer 100% recyclable packaging, based on paper, cardboard, and above all, lots of love!

Pssst... All our boxes are made on the territory :)

PEFC & FSC certificated

These certifications guarantee sustainable forest management: environmentally friendly, socially beneficial and economically viable. The entire supply and distribution chain must be certified to guarantee a certified product to the end consumer. Certification is not limited to simple forest management. It also makes it possible to differentiate wood-based products from these same forests by the application of a logo. Both systems are controlled by an independent body.
